Mark Burnett, a 13 year old man child from the small wooded town of Slingerlands, NY. As far as I can tell, Mark has spent the past few years of his young life ditching school and becoming an absolute boss on the Bike. Rumor has it that Mark painstakingly widdled a grind box out of a big oak tree that fell in his yard, and has been honing in his skills from there on out. Weather or not all that is entirely factual, we are proud to welcome him to the Garden family. This kid’s skills on a bike surpass those of any 13 year old I’ve ever seen before…click play.
Jake Seeley has been riding and testing out a new frame for Sunday called the Broadcaster. This bike works so well for him that they are giving him a signature colorway and maybe something else. More information coming later, but for now head over to the Sunday site and check out all the detail shots of his bike.
Alex Platt and the crew headed out to Malibu last week to help shoot the MOD SON/ RIFF RAFF “livin fast” music video. Chris Long got to capture the behind the scenes entertainment of RIFF RAFF who performs a couple bunnyhops and explains some of the lyrics from Freestyle Dentist featured on his newest album “The Rap Games Larry Bird”. You also get to see Alex Platt and Alfredo get down on the 4 block in front of Cisco Alder’s front yard!

OSS has been working on they’re new full length DVD for a couple months now and have a lot of good behind the scenes footage. With this footage they’ve decided to create a web series that give you the inside look on what it’s like to be a team of pro riders working on a full length video. In this Episode features Alex Platt attempting to feeble up a rail ledge. The results are pretty funny.

He is one of the most creative riders in BMX, being able to turn any everyday object it into something to grind, slide or roll over with such a smooth style.
